Peninsula Gin
Our signature product. A delicious gin that reflects the traditional taste, and also acknowledges contemporary botanical influences. Juniper is to the fore, along with cardamom, citrus, wild rosehip, Central Otago wild thyme, and Banks Peninsula mānuka.
Limoncello
Limited annual release. Next batch available summer 21/22.
