Ingredients

50ml Lyttelton Distillery Peninsula Gin

150ml Premium tonic water

Fresh lime to garnish

Rosemary sprig to garnish

 

Method

Fill a tumbler glass with ice. Add Lyttelton Distillery Peninsula Gin and top with chilled, premium tonic water. Lift from the bottom of the glass with a stirrer to gently combine.

Garnish with a slice of lime and sprig of rosemary.
